If you receive a suspicious text message, you can forward it to 7726. Your mobile phone network can then investigate the message and block or ban the sender if it found to be malicious. 

*If 7726 doesn’t work, you can find out how to report a text message by contacting your phone provider.*

If you receive a suspicious email, you can forward it to report@phishing.gov.ukand it will be investigated.

Check your credit score with sites such as Experian. This is a multinational consumer credit reporting agency (CRA) based in Dublin, Ireland.

 

Always report any suspicious activity online, particularly if you are concerned about content your child has see,n or if someone has been speaking to your child you do not know.
