Hot Weather Forecast for Friday

Dear parents and carers,

As you will be aware, the Met Office are predicting high temperatures for tomorrow.  Due to the weather forecast, I write to ask that you inform your child of the following information;

- On Friday, students will not be expected to wear their blazers in school and have permission not to bring them on this day

- Students should not bring a coat to school

- Please send your child in to school with a bottle that can be refilled at break and lunchtime, before and after school

- We encourage students to wear sun cream if they are planning to be outside during their free time or have PE lessons during the day

We ask for your support in encouraging your child to keep rehydrated throughout the hot weather and to take responsibility for bringing in a refillable bottle in order for us to reduce the waste and to support the environment.
